Our story

Born in Kyiv,
built on craft

Kyiv Roasters started in 2019 in a small workshop on Podil. What began as a passion project for two friends — a barista and an agronomist — grew into a roastery that today supplies over 80 cafés across Ukraine.

We travel to origin twice a year, cup alongside farmers, and only bring back beans we genuinely love. Our roasting philosophy: light-to-medium profiles that let terroir speak, never char it.
